Last week was the official first week of my 18 weeks of training, it was a blast!
I have been pushing myself hard to achieve great timings and keep on learning and understanding my limits, I have to admit. Haven't pushed to the max yet...
It is fantastic to start posting my daily results in instagram and have a great feedback for everyone. It means a lot!
Below is the summary of the first week, and breaking my personal records for 5K and 10K which I set about a decade ago... WOW!
Things learned, age it is just a number, it is all in your head. Also it takes a little bit longer to recover, and please stretch after the run and do an active warmup/stretch before running.
